Cost: Access is 100% free during this phase.

1. LEGAL FRAMEWORK AND ACCEPTANCE
Access to the Evolty platform (hereinafter, “the Platform”) is subject to the following terms. By clicking “Accept” or using the access link, you enter into a binding agreement with the Company. If you do not accept these terms in their entirety, you must immediately refrain from using the service.
 
2. PURPOSE OF THE BETA PHASE
 
2.1. Purpose: The User acknowledges that the Platform is in a technical testing phase. The objective is to evaluate usability, algorithm accuracy, and system stability.
 
2.2. Temporary Nature: The Company reserves the right to terminate free access or modify functionalities at any time without prior notice.
 
3. FINANCIAL LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
 
3.1. No Advisory: The content, signals, and tracking scenarios provided are of a strictly informational and educational nature. Evolty does not make buy or sell recommendations for financial assets.
 
3.2. Independence: No communication from the Platform shall be interpreted as financial, legal, or tax advice. The User is advised to consult a certified professional before making investment decisions.
 
3.3. Capital Risk: Trading in stock markets and ETFs involves significant risk. The User assumes full responsibility for any financial losses resulting from the use of the information contained herein.
 
4. TECHNICAL AND LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
 
4.1. “As-Is” Warranty: The service is provided “as is.” The Company does not guarantee that access will be uninterrupted or that the data will be free from typographical or technical errors.
 
4.2. Liability Cap: Given that the service is offered free of charge during the Beta phase, the maximum liability of the Company to the User for any claim is set at $0.00 USD.
 
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND PERMITTED USE
 
5.1. Ownership: The algorithms, designs, trademarks, and methodologies are the exclusive intellectual property of Evolty.
 
5.2. Use Restrictions: The User is prohibited from:
 
Redistributing signals to third parties.
Using web scraping or mass data extraction techniques.
Any attempt at reverse engineering of the software.
 
6. FEEDBACK POLICY
Any suggestion, bug report, or comment submitted by the User shall become the property of the Company, which may implement it for product improvement without any obligation of financial compensation.
 
7. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of said jurisdiction, with the parties waiving any other venue that may apply to them.
